          When it comes to returns here at CARBONE, we believe in offering you the same exceptional service as when you bought our product. we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned and we are here to help. we offer a no hassle return experience. what does this mean for you as a customer? you will get quick answers to your questions and our team will do everything in our power to ensure that you are fully satisfied. we want this to be an easy process for you however, in order to continue offering you excellent service, our return process inevitably comes with some basic house rules.

  • You as a buyer are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  •         all products must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging.
  •          returns must not have been installed, damaged, or used in any way.
  •          all products must be returned within 30 days of the date on the original invoice.
  •          all returned items will be thoroughly inspected by our technical staff prior to issuing a refund.
  •          all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. (restocking fee only applies in peculiar cases)

      If a product is ordered and not wanted, the unused item can be returned for a full refund. shipping is not refundable in either direction. all items wanting to be return must be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. no items will be returnable after 30 days. all products shipped from our warehouse are shipped via ups, DHL, Fedex UPS, or USPS with a tracking number. if the package is returned to CARBONE or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 20% restocking fee. these fees will be charged to your account on file. all final sale items or items with final sale in the item description cannot be returned or refunded. CARBONE does not refund shipping charges. if you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return, will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you maybe be required to purchase a replacement.CARBONE does not automatically offer shipping insurance; customer is liable to ask or provide shipping insurance and pay the additional fees. CARBONE is not liable for any packages damaged or lost by shipping carrier. no refunds will be given if packages are lost or damaged. if a customer requests shipping insurance, the amount insured is not to exceed customs / declared value for domestic or international shipments.
